Operion Suite pricing

Predictable pricing for the whole operation.

Pay only for the people on your team. Every paid seat opens AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, and MapSphere. Pick the tier that matches your data footprint — storage and transfer allowances pool at the company level.

Free equipment tracking

Track up to 25 assets for two users with QR labels, check-outs, returns, and location map pins. No credit card is required.

Field — the full suite for active teams

For $15 per user per month (or $150 per user per year), every Field seat includes AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, MapSphere, and every future Operion product. Each seat contributes 5 GiB to the organization's retained storage pool and 25 GiB of monthly transfer.

Professional and Archive tiers

Professional at $35 per user per month adds 25 GiB retained storage per seat and 75 GiB monthly transfer. Archive at $79 per user per month provides 100 GiB retained storage per seat and 200 GiB monthly transfer — suited for firms with deep project records and compliance requirements.

Yearly and enterprise options

Yearly seats cost ten months' equivalent (two months free). Enterprise teams can request custom data allowances, volume seat pricing, onboarding support, and custom terms.

Pricing questions, answered

What is OperionSphere?
OperionSphere is another name for the Operion suite — the connected AEC operations platform that includes AssetSphere for equipment tracking, MarkSphere for drawing markup, ProjectSphere for project operations, and MapSphere for collaborative field mapping. One subscription covers the whole suite.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for the seats your team uses. Each seat is priced monthly ($15 Field, $35 Professional, $79 Archive) or yearly ($150, $350, $790 — equivalent to ten months). Every paid seat opens AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, and MapSphere. Add or remove seats at any time from Billing.
Does one subscription really cover all Operion products?
Yes. Every paid seat — Field, Professional, or Archive — unlocks AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, MapSphere, and every Sphere we ship next. One bill, one login, no add-ons.
What do the storage and transfer allowances mean in practice?
Each organization has a 10 GiB base pool. Every paid seat adds its tier's per-seat retained storage allowance on top — 5 GiB for Field, 25 GiB for Professional, 100 GiB for Archive. All seats in the organization share one combined pool. Monthly transfer is the data that moves in and out (uploads, downloads, exports) per seat each calendar month, and it resets monthly.
What happens when the organization reaches its storage limit?
Existing data remains fully readable. New retained uploads and saved exports pause until an administrator upgrades the plan or removes older files. There is no automatic overage billing and no automatic project deletion.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly seats are priced at ten months, so two months are included at no extra cost. Field is $150, Professional is $350, and Archive is $790 per user per year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Administrators manage seats and plans at any time from Billing inside AssetSphere. Your assets, projects, drawings, and history stay in place when you upgrade or change tiers.
What is the difference between Field and Professional?
Both tiers include the complete Operion suite. Professional adds more retained storage per seat (25 GiB versus 5 GiB) and more monthly transfer headroom (75 GiB versus 25 GiB), which suits firms running larger PDF libraries or high-frequency field exports.
What happens when new Spheres launch?
Every new Operion product is automatically included in your seat at no extra cost. No new tools to purchase, no new logins to manage.
